HERITAGE DAY KIDDIES UPSIDE COMPETITION
Terms & Conditions (“T’s & C’s”)

These T’s & C’s, as may be amended from time to time, explain your rights and duties in respect of the Competition. By participating and/or accepting any prize, you agree to these T’s & C’s. Please read them carefully and pay special attention to all terms printed in bold.

2. Promoter’s Details
This Competition is conducted and organized by The Boulders Shopping Centre (“Centre”), offered by Redefine Properties Limited (Registration Number: 1999/018591/06) (“Landlord”).
In these T’s & C’s, the promoter(s) are referred to as the “Landlord”, and entrants are referred to as the “Participant(s)” or “you.”
3. Eligibility
- Participants must have a valid South African identity document or passport.
- If under 18, the Participant must provide parent/guardian consent and be accompanied by a guardian/parent when collecting a prize.
4. Who Cannot Enter
The Competition is not open to:
- Directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, or tenants of the Landlord at the Mall.
- Marketing service providers, or any person who directly/indirectly controls or is controlled by these entities.
- Their spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family members.
5. Competition Period
- 1 September 2025 – 30 September 2025 (“Competition Period”).
- Entries outside this period will not be considered.
6. How to Enter
During the Competition Period, Participants must:
- Visit the Centre’s Facebook and/or Instagram pages:
- Locate the official Competition post.
- Submit either:
A 30-second video of their child, ORA comment answering: “What does living the upside mean to your kids?”
- Use the hashtag #LivingTheUpside.
- Follow the prompts to submit the entry (“Entry”).
The Landlord may disqualify and remove any entry that fails to meet the criteria, is offensive, or unrelated to the Competition. There are no additional charges to participate.
7. Limitation on Entries
Each Participant may enter only once during the Competition Period.
8. Winner Selection
- Three (3) Winners will be selected randomly using an electronic automated process.
9. Winner Announcement
- Winners will be selected on 2 October 2025.
- Announced on 3 October 2025 via the Centre’s social media pages.
10. Prizes
- Each Winner will receive 1 (one) voucher valued at R1,000 from one of the following:

Foot Gear
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
11. Winner Notification
- Winners will be announced on 3 October 2025.
- If a Winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, their entry will be disqualified, and another Winner may be selected.
12. Prize Collection
- Winners must collect prizes in person at the Centre Management offices during trading hours (Mon–Fri, 9h00–17h00).
- Winners must provide a valid ID or passport.
- Winners must complete a waiver form before receiving the prize.
13. Deadline for Claiming Prizes
- If a Winner does not provide the required documents within 14 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited.
14. Data Usage & Privacy Policy
By entering, Participants acknowledge that:
- The Landlord may collect and use personal information including:
- Full name
- Physical address
- Email address
- Mobile number
- Images/photographs
- Information may be used for marketing purposes unless the Participant opts out.
- Personal data will remain confidential and only disclosed if required by law.

16. General Terms
- The Landlord may terminate the Competition early at its discretion. ii. The Landlord is not responsible for lost or misdirected entries. iii. Participation implies acceptance of these T’s & C’s. iv. Winners may be photographed for promotional purposes (unless they decline).
v. No warranties are given regarding prizes or chances of winning.
vi. To the extent permissible by law, the Landlord is not liable for any loss, harm, or damages resulting from participation. vii. The Landlord’s decisions on disputes are final and binding.
17. Amendments
- The Landlord may amend these T’s & C’s by providing reasonable prior notice.
18. Marketing Communication
- By entering, Participants consent to receive marketing material, unless they opt out.
