Ama2K koBoulders Competition Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Competition Name 

Ama2K koBoulders Competition.

2. Promoter's Details 

This Competition is conducted and organized by Boulders Shopping Centre (“Centre”), owned by Redefine Properties Limited (Registration Number: 1999/018591/06) (“Landlord”). Participants are referred to as “Participant(s)” or “you.”

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

3. Eligibility: Who may enter?

• Entry is open to individuals in possession of a valid South African identity document or passport.
• No minors may enter.
  
  
• Participants must have internet access. Standard network and data rates apply.

4. Who may not enter?

The Competition is not open to:

• Directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, or tenants of the Landlord;
• Marketing service providers;
  
  
• Any person directly or indirectly controlling, or controlled by, the above entities;
  
  
• Their spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family members.
  
  

5. Competition Period

The Competition runs from 22 July 2025 to 30 August 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

6. How to Enter

To enter, a Participant must, during the Competition Period:

1. Spend R250.00 or more at any store within Boulders Shopping Centre (single or multiple slips).
2. Ensure the spend occurs within the Competition Period.
3. Write full name, surname, and contact number on the slip.
4. Follow the Competition prompts.
   
   
5. Drop the slip into an entry box located at Pick n Pay, Boxer, or Entrance 2.

Invalid entries: Incomplete, damaged, defaced, or illegible entries will be void.

Participation is free of charge, but standard data costs (as per your service provider) may apply.

7. Limitation of Entries

Each Participant may enter once only during the Competition Period.

8. Winner Selection 

• Seven (7) winners will be chosen via random selection from valid entries.
• The process will be overseen by an independent auditor.

9. Winners Announcement 

Winners will be selected on 1 September 2025 and announced on 3 September 2025, or on another date as determined by the Landlord.

10. Prizes

Each winner will receive:

• 1 of 7 shopping vouchers, valued at R2,000.00, redeemable at one of the following: Sportscene, Pick n Pay, Boxer, Truworths, Mr Price, or Clicks.

Note:

• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable for cash, or deferrable.
• Vouchers are valid only for the duration stipulated thereon.
  
  

11. Notification of winners 

• Winners will be contacted by the Landlord during trading hours (9am – 5pm) via telephone.
• If the Winner cannot be reached within 2 days, their entry will be disqualified, and another Winner will be selected.

12. Prize Collection

To claim a prize, Winners must:

• Appear in person, and
• Present a valid ID document or passport.
  
  

Winners may be required to sign a waiver before receiving their prize. The Landlord reserves the right to withhold the prize until the waiver is signed.

13. Deadline for Prize Collection

If a Winner fails to collect their prize within 2 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and another Winner will be randomly selected.

14. Data Usage & Privacy

• By entering, Participants acknowledge that the Landlord may collect and use personal information, including name, surname, address, email, mobile number, and photographs.
• Personal information may be used for marketing by the Landlord and Participating Merchants, unless the Participant opts out.
  
  
• Information will be treated confidentially and disclosed only if required by law.

General Terms

1. The Landlord reserves the right to terminate the Competition before the end date, in its sole discretion, without liability. ii. The Landlord is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries due to technical issues.
   iii. Entry constitutes automatic acceptance of these T&Cs.
   iv. Winners may be photographed for promotional purposes (social media, website, publications). Winners may decline use of their image.
   v. No warranties are given regarding suitability of prizes.
   vi. To the extent permitted by law, the Landlord accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation.
   vii. Participants must comply with all applicable laws, including intellectual property laws.
   viii. These T&Cs are governed by South African law. ix. The Landlord’s decision on all matters relating to the Competition is final and binding.

17. Amendments

The Landlord may amend these T&Cs with reasonable prior notice.

18. Marketing Communications

By entering, Participants consent to their contact details being retained for marketing purposes. To opt out, Participants may:
